Consultant - Business Program Development

Key Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration & Needs Assessment:

- Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the program development process.

- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client goals, challenges, and target audiences.

- Analyze market data and industry trends to inform program strategies.

Program Design & Development:

- Develop comprehensive program plans that align with client objectives and industry best practices.

- Identify and implement effective program components, including methodologies, tools, and resources.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure program feasibility and successful execution.

Program Implementation & Support:

- Oversee the implementation of programs, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients.

- Monitor program performance through data analysis and reporting.

- Recommend adjustments and improvements to optimize program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in program development, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of program management principles and best practices.

- Knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices (a plus).

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (a plus)=
