JD :
- Knowledge of telecom process like Billing, Collections and Dispute Resolution etc. is a must
- Assist in Account Receivable reconciliation of corporate clients
- Discuss the history of the account, known problems, and supporting documents of customer with account managers
- Conduct roots cause analysis for the outstanding payments and recommend corrective action
- Finalize the outstanding amount after resolving the billing disputes
- Prior experience in working with telecom companies would be an added advantage.
- Assist in internal audits, revenue assurance and billing assurance.
Educational & Professional Credentials :
- Chartered Accountant/MBA from a reputed institute
- Post qualification 0-2 years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
- Big4 article-ship/experience strongly preferred

- Understanding of Billing System (Kenan) and Provisioning system (Metasolv/Crystall Ball/Empower)
- Knowledge of auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting
