Senior Sales Consultant

Location : Chennai(Work from office)

- Min 3+ years experience in Talent assessment and/or development is a must

Key Expectations :

- This role will allow you to pitch our consulting solutions to top HR and L&D heads, build relationships, handle multiple demands and perform the end-to-end role for our Talent Assessment and Development Journeys.

- This is an opportunity to join a talented team specializing in providing assessment and development solutions to more than 300+ enterprise clients across the globe.

- The incumbent will be leading on accounts, working with well-known organizations in tandem with colleagues from domain and delivery teams, and providing solutions to complex client challenges.

Core Responsibilities :

- New Client Acquisition and Existing clients upsell and cross sell across the country on a broad range of talent solutions.

- Client Interactions-10-15 a week.

- Responsible for individual targets

- Facilitating project meetings and communicating on-going project status to clients, stakeholders and collaborators.

- Visit client locations as and when required

- Facilitating project meetings and communicating on-going project status to clients, stakeholders and collaborators.

- Monitoring and coordinating updates with internal teams to accurately confirm project status, delivery of milestones, delivery timelines and resource requirements.

Role Requirements :

- Min 3+ years experience in Talent assessment and/or development is a must

- Quick, effective, and open to learning and applying our products and solutions. Having a consultative approach and mindset
