Consultant/Associate Principal/Principal

Job Description:

- Effectively managing existing clients & build new client relationships across segments.

- Cross leveraging with other practice areas within the organization and work toward building a strong Native brand within the client community.

- End to end client management along with managing existing client stakeholders (CFO, CHRO, HR Heads) in order to be the first port of call for hiring needs.

- Network, engage and assess over 1000+ professionals in India across mid to senior levels.

- Identify top talent and build a network in the Industry tagged to.

- Manage candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches.

- Execute senior level mandates and give directions and drive execution of mandates within the team.

- Ability to build, develop and manage a team of Analyst/Associates for seamless execution.

- Focus on people development and groom them to grow onto the next level.
