Job Role :
Client service delivery/execution
- Execute projects at times supporting multiple clients. Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients
- Responsible for Problem Identification, Solution development, process and systems changes implementation, etc. Candidates also need to have good ability to facilitate, train and convince client personnel on critical business issues/changes
- Manage client personnel, senior management teams and capable of managing the entire change management cycle
- A primary responsibility of delivering committed results on Operational performance improvement to clients
- Participate in diagnostics study and capable of independently identifying improvement opportunities
Knowledge Management :
- Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
Network & Identify opportunities:
- Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to manager
- Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain an understanding of issues that may impact issues with his clients
- Develop industry expertise
- Support Business Development efforts
People Management
- Be a strong team player
- Learn and develop team management skills
Academic Qualifications : B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA (preferably from a premier institute)
Experience: min of 3-5years of relevant experience
Candidates should have:
Consulting background with specific expertise in Operations Strategy, Manufacturing turnaround programs, sales & marketing improvement programs, manufacturing functions like Production Planning, Maintenance, Shop floor Operations, Quality etc, Sales functions including Sales management, regional sales head profiles,, Business Planning, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management, Process Re-engineering, . In addition, candidates with experience in Business Excellence or Operations Excellence functions would also be considered
