Construction Finance Role - Real Estate

Hiring for a financial firm in Mumbai and Pune with 3-4 years of experience in real estate finance, construction finance, developer finance, acquiring new client relationships, working on CF proposals, developer funding proposals

REQUIREMENT :

- Acquiring and managing a portfolio of construction finance

- Meet & exceed business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them

- Identify developer funding opportunities

- Collaborate with the credit team on projects

- Coordinate with departments for developer funding proposals

- Understand customer needs and structure loans as per the requirements ensuring smooth disbursement

- Manage customer accounts for all pre and post-sales activities
