Job Title : Engagement Manager
Experience & Education Requirements :
- Chartered Accountant
- 4+ years of experiences
- Working experience in ERPs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Strong Analytical abilities
- Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal)
- Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Job Responsibilities include :
- Single Point of contact for the client for all delivery requests
- Responsible for delivering high quality and timely financial reporting package (P&L, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis, Trend Analysis, Cash flow statement)
- Responsible for AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Payroll Accounting, Weekly Cash Forecast and Month End Close Process (Including Account Reconciliations)
- Review of all deliverables
- Execute LO process - collect, root cause analysis, propose category and action plan
- Manage Deliverables as per SLAs (Quality & Timelines)
- Escalate changes (volumes, timelines, process, additions) in the SLA to CFD
- Work allocation to the team members
- Subject Matter Expert - SPOC for all team's technical queries
- Ensure Process Documentation/check lists are in place for all activities and updated regularly
- Project Management: Tracking adhoc items, regular updates to client on open items, communication with the client on re prioritization of work/projects etc
- Resource management including Performance Appraisals, Regular feedback, Leave management, Time Sheet Approvals, cross-training, internal transition due to attrition's and backup planning
- Transition - Responsible for new activities, Assist in new client on-boarding
- Ensure that the accounting comply with Internal audit requirements
- Updates to the Management (Account reviews)
