About Company:

The firm is involved in Coverage of varied tax laws and policies e.g. customs, FTP, central excise, service tax, VAT/GST, and others by making representations before the Tax Authorities, CBEC, AAR, Settlement Commissions, Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court on behalf of clients

About Profile:

- If selected you would be involved in indirect tax litigation advisory & representation and providing assistance on tax matters in proceedings before Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court.

- The candidate will be given to handle both direct and indirect tax litigation.

- 75% of the job would be handling indirect tax litigation.

Expectations:

- Candidates should have experience in Direct / Indirect Tax Litigation.

- CA / LLB Graduates is a Must.

- MBA in finance would be a plus.

- Should be open to working on a contractual employment. The contract is renewed every year.

- Candidates must be from Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
