Job Descriptions :

Job Title - Consultant

Function - Human Advisory Services

Reports To - Manager

Experience & Qualifications:

- M.B.A. from a good institute with minimum 2 years of experience as Generalist in Human Resource function. Experience in Consulting role will be an advantage

- Excellent communication and inter personal skills.

- Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for first level of business development

- Prepare approach note and proposals for client deliverables

- Design and implement the various HR initiatives as per the client requirement and timely completion of the same

Should have experience in Policy formulation, JD Design, Compensation & Benefits, Salary Bench Marking , Organization Development.
