2) ERP implementation experience in financials suite of products (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) – as these typically include business process design

3) Prior work experience in a finance function – Controller, FP&A, Treasury department / Prior work ex in finance transformation function of Indian consulting companies.

The projects need to refer to :

1) Business process redesign for one of the finance functions – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets

2) Performance management – Management reporting, budgeting and planning, etc.

3) Operating model design for the Finance or CFO organization
