Cons/Sr Cons - CRM Practice - ITAS - Big4

We have an urgent opening in the CRM Practice team with one of the Big4 CA consulting firms.

Job Location: Mumbai/ Delhi (Locals will be preferred).

Essentials:

1. Technical Subject Matter Expert in SAP CRM

2. Critical professional traits: Candidate should have a strong delivery management background and must be currently handling a SAP CRM delivery role.

3. Has worked with Business Development Groups in a client facing role to have customer interactions, understand requirements, build solutions, create effort estimates, support pre-sales and manage customer experience on delivery.

4. Important Personality traits: High energy level, clarity of thoughts, hands on, easy to communicate with and global in thinking & character.

5. Worked on implementation projects around sales and service

6. Ideally in the IIC (manufacturing) space

7. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed for projects

Job Role :

- Deliver medium to large SAP CRM transformation programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of SAP solutions knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients

- Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development. for example effort estimation templates etc, presales

- Work with the respective regional ITAS leader/partner on making presales presentations for CRM

Academic Qualifications: Engineering degree/ MCA and/or MBA from a reputed institution.

Experience: 4 – 8 years of SAP CRM experience, 2-3 implementation delivery experience in CRM projects.
