With a team of 400+, Connect and Heal serves as the first port of call for families for all healthcare needs. We provide 360-degree care through our team of 800+ in-house doctors, preferred network of 6000+ hospitals, specialist clinics, and 3,500+ diagnostic centres and pharmacies across 60+ Indian cities. We are also the largest aggregator of ambulances with more than 4000 vehicles.
Connect and Heal has raised $11 million in funding from BAce Capital, Celesta Capital and a group of high profile Bankers across London, Singapore, Netherlands and US.
Responsibilities -
- Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns
- Driving CRM initiatives, execution and optimization of campaigns across different channels - emails, push notifications, SMS, and Whatsapp
- Identify consumer segments to be targeted and set up campaigns accordingly
- Partnering with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
- Manage the CRM platform - manage the budget and relationship
- To identify innovative ways to segment audiences and challenge assumptions on best approach, working with Data team where appropriate
- Champion automation across the business, help drive adoption and influence decisions with data and insights
Skills & Experience -
- Demonstrable experience of using marketing automation tools such as Moengage
- Hands-on experience in running CRM campaigns across multiple channels (including, but not limited to SMS, Whatsapp, push notifications and emails)
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (could be slightly lesser if from well-established/high-growth startups)
Good-to-have -
- Experience in setting up and running paid marketing campaigns across different platforms such as Google Search and Display, Facebook, Twitter, etc
