Manager - Marketing Communications
- Looking for a communications manager to drive top-of-the-funnel and mid-funnel marketing efforts with experience in digital and BTL marketing
- Analyze consumer insights to develop effective marketing communications for online and offline marketing
- Manage end-to-end communications with a community of key decision-makers across client organizations
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with content, copy, and design team to create engaging content
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Requirements and skills:
- Proven working experience of 3-4 years as Marcom Manager in a high-growth startup
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Experience in events and BTL marketing
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Degree in marketing or a related field
