Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst

RESPONSILITIES :

- Understanding B2C user journeys and defining & setting up product funnels on any event tracking tool (Ex. Clevertap, Moengage, Mixpanel, GA)

- Performing statistical analysis and experiments to derive user behaviour insights.

- Clearly communicating the findings from the analysis to turn information into something actionable through reports, dashboards, and/or presentations.

- Conceive and prepare product dashboards to highlight transparently the user journey on the CnH platform and outline bottlenecks/wins in the same

- Developing and maintaining databases, data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format

REQUIREMENTS :

- Proficiency in at least one query language, especially SQL.

- Experience with click-analytics tool

- Good scripting skills using Python, R or any other relevant language

- Proficiency in at least one data visualisation tool, such as Matplotlib, Plotly, D3.js, ggplot, etc
