Description:

We are inviting Client Onboarding Specialists to join our team to ensure first impression stays on forever.

The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition into our products and our services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.

- Understanding customer context and goals and providing product information to best serve those goals.

- Educating customers and optimizing their product setup for the quickest path to success

- Ensure each client is onboarded on to CNH system as per the protocols set at the on set& expectation mapping stage

- Collaborate with sales and key account management teams to understand client needs and expectations & map it at every relevant stage of the project plan

- Create and manage client onboarding plans tailored to individual client requirements.

- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to set up client accounts and services.

- Provide clients with frictionless experience thereby reducing Churn

- Address client inquiries and concerns during the onboarding process.

- Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.

- Monitor the progress of client onboarding and proactively address any issues or delays.

- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve the onboarding process.

- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy.

- Collaborate with the client success team to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support.

Qualifications:

- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in client onboarding or a similar customer-facing role.

- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and project management abilities.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using client management software and CRM systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Excellent MS office skills
