We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer or CFO to manage risk and create the financial strategy for the company. A CFO must have a thorough understanding of all aspects of financial management, from basic accounting to wide investment and banking operations. Because all related areas of the firm will be under their authority, the ideal candidate will be an effective leader. To achieve full financial management and sustainable growth, the goal is to protect the company's revenues and earnings.
The CFO will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the company's financial planning is on track
- Analyze the organization's liabilities and investments to perform risk management
- Responsible for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, either directly or through management personnel, and for assisting in the development of the company's financial strategy and staffing needs
- Coordinate the yearly operational, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting on them
- Study existing and future legislation, enforce compliance, and take action to comply with federal, state, and municipal financial requirements
- Determine finance KPIs
- Lead the development and implementation of best-practice policies, processes, and tools that enable a well-controlled yet flexible organization with solid budget management, project management, cross-team communication, and workflow management
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the company's financial planning is on track
- Collaborate with top management to develop proposal budgets in a timely manner
- Investigate income prospects and economic trends, examine internal operations, and find cost-cutting and process-improvement options
- Oversee the compliance hygiene of the organization
- Prepare current and forecasting reports and deliver them
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years' experience in executive leadership positions
- 15+ years' experience, max 45 years age from product company background
- Investor relations, experience working with Listed companies minimum previous 2 company should be listed
- An understanding of the health and wellness sector
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
- Working knowledge of raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit
- Excellent at data analysis and forecasting methods
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance
- CPA is a strong advantage
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
