About the role:
This is a high ownership role that will involve managing P&L and growth of a high impact
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for category growth
- Jointly drive product and operational projects for category growth with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with Product and Care teams to drive business processes
- A key liaison across the operations function, identifying and logging issues, taking ownership and problem solving for the long term
- Build processes to ensure platform processes are always accurate and compliant
- Overseeing and managing a team of more than 30 candidates
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in B2B Growth role, ideally in Category Management, Merchandising or P&L management
- Proven track record of scaling business at an internet company/start-up
- Prior experience with healthcare-related categories and brands
- Excellent analytical skills, must be comfortable with MS Office
