CRM - Campaign Manager
Responsibilities:
- Driving CRM initiatives, execution and optimization of campaigns across different channels - emails, push notifications, SMS, and Whatsapp
- Identify consumer segments to be targeted and set up campaigns accordingly
- Manage the CRM platform - manage the budget and relationship
- To identify innovative ways to segment audiences and challenge assumptions on the best approach, working with the data team where appropriate
- Champion automation across the business, help drive adoption and influence decisions with data and insights
- Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
Candidate Requirements:- Demonstrable experience in using marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, Clevertap, etc.
- Hands-on experience in running CRM campaigns across multiple channels (including, but not limited to SMS, Whatsapp, push notifications and emails)
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (could be slightly lesser if from well-established/high-growth startups)
- Experience in setting up and running paid marketing campaigns across different platforms such as Google Search and Display, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
