Sales Manager

Purpose of the role :

- Concerto AI is looking to build a world class enterprise and mid-market SAAS sales team in India.


- We are looking to hire initial members of the sales team and sales managers who will have the opportunity to build a world class sales team in the company.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager :

1. Understand Concerto AIs products and solutions deeply and the value it brings to customers

2. Understand customer pain points and have the ability to correlate their requirements with Concerto AI's solutions

3. Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of prospects

4. Generate new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold calls and referrals

5. Make customer presentations and compelling product demonstrations

6. Build strong relationships across various levels of customer organizations

7. Build and own an effective pipeline management process to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

8. Work closely with product management and customer success teams to ensure customer needs are documented and addressed to ensure customer delight

9. Demonstrate high attention to details and follow through on assigned tasks

10. Proactively suggest & implement new ideas, best practices for improvement & scalability

Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience selling SAAS /Enterprise / Conversation AI products to marketing, operations and technology departments in mid and large enterprises

- Ability to deeply understand technology products and associated customer value of product features

- Ability to map customer pain points to product value proposition and business metrics of target verticals

- Proven track record in sales with an ability to build deep customer relationships and over-achieving quota

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven business development experience, preferably in the SaaS industry

- Savvy with CRM tools

- Demonstrated ability to be effective in video communication channels

- Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
