Position: SR Product Manager, Concentrix Innovation Labs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Enterprise SaaS products to drive business outcomes. Own market and competitive research, road mapping, backlog prioritization, partnerships, evangelization both within and outside the organization.
- Conduct market and competitive research to develop a thorough knowledge of the SMB & enterprise software landscape and determine emerging industry trends, markets, and
product categories
- Understand customer pain points and key usage model trends and implement customer and market insights into actionable business and product requirements
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities with industry partners and ISVs
- Work with strategic partners to address key technology integration into software solutions
- Communicate strategic initiatives, business plan/ROI, roadmap updates, and critical issues to internal stakeholders and management
- Own the software product lifecycle from concept through production release and end-of life, working across many functional groups within the organization, including platform product management, R&D, design, supply chain, legal, and support
- Help drive go-to-market activities, including creation of customer-facing marketing communication and training material, facilitation of product demos, and general evangelization of solutions for both internal and external stakeholders
- Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years- work experience or
- Master's degree and 5+ years- work experience SaaS enterprise software experience is a must.
- Specialization in Business and technology or related fields like marketing, economics or information science, with a solid understanding of Product Management. Experience in technology industry.
- Proven record of success in product marketing management, as well as functional experience in technology planning, business development, and project management
- Ability to evaluate general computing and usage model trends, market & competitive landscape, and generate strategy recommendations
- In-depth knowledge of marketing elements (product, pricing, promotion and positioning)
- Team-oriented self-starter able to work and partner with different personalities and professional styles
- Customer-centric focus with the ability to communicate, strategize, plan, and prioritize while seeing through the eyes of the customer
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing and presentation skills
- Passion for technology and good knowledge of life cycle for technology products
- Excellent organization skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent writing, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills Knowledge of industry tools:
- Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Invision, Adobe); analytics tracking tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) Business know-how:
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Other Skills:
- Problem-solving, Negotiation, Forecasting, Attention to detail, Creative and analytical approach, Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork
Preferred Skills:
- MBA is preferred.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative user research
- Background in B2B products
- Understanding of mobile-first platforms
- Exposure to norms around accessibility and compliance
- Familiarity with Agile software development and SAFe methodology
- Exposure to collaboration tools - Miro, Notion/ Monday, Whimsical, Loom
