Position: Product Designer, Concentrix Innovation Labs

Roles & Responsibilities :

Product Design for Enterprise SaaS products with experience in User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Accessibility, Usability Engineering (Testing, Analysis & Feedback) & Information Architecture

- Work with the UX researcher to identify users- needs and understand how users consume and navigate content

- Carry out an assessment of existing information architecture and identify areas for improvement, including content inventories and audits

- Plan and design the information architecture for the website or app; what information should go where? Which elements are more important and should be given priority?

- Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies

- Labelling of information

- Create wireframes and taxonomies

- Take part in user research in order to understand the target audience

- Analyze product metrics such as daily sessions, time-on-page, and goal completion rate in order to evaluate effectiveness of existing copy

- Write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and embodies the voice of the brand

- Devise and implement a UX editorial strategy

- Collaborate across different teams to ensure that copy is in line with both the branding and business goals

- Participate in the creation of design IP

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years work experience or Master's degree and 3+ years work experience

- Specialization in Design or Communications or related fields like marketing, cognitive science, psychology, economics or information science, with a solid understanding of user experience design

- Ability to understand data and convert it into effective copy

- Copywriting skills

- Design thinking

- User-centric mindset

- Understanding of interaction design principles

Business know-how:

- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences

- Knowledge of industry tools:

- Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Invision, Adobe); analytics tracking tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

Other Skills:

- Problem-solving, Attention to detail, Creative and analytical approach, Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative user research

- Exposure to design and collaboration via tools like Figma and Zeplin

- Knowledge of responsive design

- Background in designing for mobile-first platforms

- Understanding of front-end engineering - HTML5, CSS and web standards

- Ability to translate design artifacts into usable code

- A grasp of CI/CD pipeline and associated tooling

- Familiarity with Agile software development and SAFe methodology

- Exposure to collaboration tools - Miro, Notion/ Monday, Whimsical, Loom
