Roles & Responsibilities: Managing a Team of Product Designers for Enterprise SaaS products with experience in User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Accessibility, Usability Engineering (Testing, Analysis & Feedback) & Information Architecture - Model workflows and plan tasks for UX design projects - Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to develop a core understanding of user personas - Create a well-organized, value-driven framework for implementing sturdy UX design
Position: Manager, Usability & Design, Concentrix Innovation Labs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing a Team of Product Designers for Enterprise SaaS products with experience in User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design,
- Accessibility, Usability Engineering (Testing, Analysis & Feedback) & Information Architecture
- Model workflows and plan tasks for UX design projects
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to develop a core understanding of user personas
- Create a well-organized, value-driven framework for implementing sturdy UX design
- Document functionally, all aspects of the product design process
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts
- Conduct research to identify user needs
- Devise and implement a UX editorial strategy
- Collaborate across different teams to ensure that copy is in line with both the branding and business goals
- Define reporting and measurement metrics focused on project and usability goals
- Grow a passionate team of Product Designers
- Participate in the creation of design IP
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years- work experience or
- Master's degree and 8+ years- work experience
Specialization in Design or related fields like marketing, cognitive science, psychology, economics or information science, with a solid understanding of user experience design
- At least 3 years- experience managing product design teams in the past as a people manager
- Expert in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience)
- The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with open-mindedness
- In-depth knowledge of market research, competitive landscape, and testing methods (A/B, multivariate testing)
- Expert communication skills and the ability to get buy-in on ideas within a large organization
- Design thinking, a user-centric mindset, a high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of industry tools:
- Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs (Sketch, Invision, Adobe); analytics tracking tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) Business know-how:
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Other Skills:
- Problem-solving, Attention to detail, Creative and analytical approach, Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative user research
- Exposure to design and collaboration via tools like Figma and Zeplin
- Rapid proto typing techniques and tools such as OmniGraffle
- Knowledge of responsive design
- Background in designing for mobile-first platforms
- Understanding of front-end engineering - HTML5, CSS and web standards
- Design for accessibility and compliance
- Familiarity with Agile software development and SAFe methodology
- Exposure to collaboration tools - Miro, Notion/ Monday, Whimsical, Loom
