Job Description :

Yabx is enabling the ecosystem in offering financial services to the financially disadvantaged. We create an alternate financial profile for these customers using Alternate Data sources - Usage on Mobile Operators, Mobile Wallets etc. Based on this proprietary financial profile we enable FIs to offer financial services to these customers on our Platform

We cater to retail customers and Merchants. We offer multiple products currently on the platform - Cash Loans, Check out Loans/BNPL, Short term PLs, Merchant Cash Advances, Working Capital Loans, Handset Loans , Savings, Goal Savings, Lock Savings etc

The products we offer are characterized by Small Value and Short Term. One Key focus of the platform is micromanagement of the Lifecycles of these customers, as the customers using these products need to be more actively managed.

Our core operating model is Colloborative lending,where we work with Customer networks like mobile wallets/Ecommerce companies/Merchant networks/Mobile operators to create and operate Micro lending fintech businesses.

For these markets, we are looking for Product analyst who will be supporting in managing the day to day Lending operations around Lending platform uptime, working towards customer updake, repayments, driving customer engagement , customer communication etc

- Analyse daily performance of lending product and lending platform

- Keep track of product performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for product enhancements or new features.

- Create new features and functionalities to drive customer adoption, repayments, enhance plaform health, reduce customer complaints

- Keep innovating to support drive growth.

- Do pricing analysis in markets to do competition benchmarking on similar products

- Regular Customer and market research to continuously improve customer experience, communication and customer satisfaction.

- Work on managing product documentation (functional documentation).

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to solve challenging problems.

- Collaborate on product requirements, product planning, and product design of new features and enhancements.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: will work closely with other teams across the organization, including engineering, data science, data engineering, Devops and customer support, to ensure that lending products are meeting customer needs and delivering value.
