What You'll Do

As a Senior Commercial/Pricing Architect, you will be responsible for the implementation of an efficient pricing strategy, consolidation and analysis of all relevant costs, and ensuring the commercial integrity of highly complex managed services deals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leadership & Management: Provide leadership in the development, creation, and coordination of competent commercials that meet client needs while mitigating risks to Computacenter.

- Review and evaluate the commercial aspects of contracts and offer documents.

- Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and own key stakeholder relationships with customers.

- Support commercial negotiations in bids and present all price-relevant parameters to the customer.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to drive growth in contractual and commercial areas by understanding the customer's key objectives and converting these into opportunities for Computacenter.

- Cost Management: Ensure the completeness and correctness of all cost deliveries and track all changes by consolidating all cost supplies for a deal.

- Prepare internal cost calculations, evaluate and verify costs according to empirical values and benchmarks, and determine target prices for future service provisions.

- Scenario Analysis: Perform sensitivity analyses and create different scenarios to forecast the commercial development of a deal.

- Identify cost reduction potentials and develop clear solutions.

- Team Leadership: Lead a team of commercial architects, ensuring successful delivery of assignments and motivating the team to achieve their goals.

What You'll Need?

Experience:


- 15-20 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 7 years as a Pricing/Commercial Architect working on deals in the IT service management industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2).

Knowledge:


- Mature knowledge of service processes, complex offer calculations in managed services, strategy, tactical behavior, and market prices for IT services.

Customer Understanding:


- Strong understanding of customer business, industry, organization structure, and change processes.

Leadership Skills:


- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with experience in client interactions.

Change Management:


- Practively communicate potential risks and issues to stakeholders to minimize future conflicts or commercial exposure.

- Ensure compliance with commercial approval processes within required timeframes.

People Management:

Team Leadership: Lead and shape project teams, ensuring that all members are appropriately supported, motivated, and engaged.

- Manage individual performance in conjunction with their Line Manager.

Coaching:


- Support and coach less experienced team members, providing feedback and guidance to support their development plans
