Job Description - Marketing Manager
- Lead marketing for a new vertical to create the marketing strategy and execute marketing plans from end-to-end (key messaging, sales enablement, campaigns, virtual & physical events etc.) and to help generate leads for sales team.
- Manage execution, from taking inputs from relevant stakeholders to creation and promotions.
- Responsible for sales enablement ensuring the sales team is kept up to date with all marketing activities, ranging from campaigns and webinars to new content and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement a cohesive account-based marketing (ABM) plan that aligns with business goals.
- Translate the marketing strategy into funnel-focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers.
- Own the content calendar to scale our messaging and support regional lead-gen programs across regions and industries.
- Manage, measure, track, and report on marketing activities to evaluate campaign results and effectiveness across the mix.
- 8-10 years- experience in US market or international market
- Domains IT services - IT infrastructure, data center, cloud, digital workspace, automation, artificial intelligence
Duties & Responsibilities
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience managing and executing marketing campaigns including creatives, email marketing, tracking, reporting, stakeholder's coordination, and sales enablement.
- Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and an effective communicator.
- Experience of integrated marketing communications and creating campaigns which are executed across the mix.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with different teams to build plans and deliver campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of online & digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing, of developing outbound e-marketing nurture campaigns, and ideally account based marketing and managing digital marketing agencies.
- Experience with multiple marketing automation tools including email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, website CMS and analytics (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Proficient in analysis of marketing metrics and ability to derive actionable conclusions.
- Strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing, digital marketing, including LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, PPC, and google analytics.
- Experience of driving thought leadership content, blogs, infographic, email campaigns into leads.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of content & digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing.
