Position: IT Technical Recruiter (US Staffing).
Location: Gurugram, Haryana.
Candidates only willing to work onsite from our office at Gurugram will be considered.
NOTE: We need Recruiters NOT Sourcer
Key Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle recruiting sourcing, screening, matching candidates, interview prep, compliance management, Vendor/Client relations, offer management, and reference checks.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial technical screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to effectively advise hiring managers and negotiate offers.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Promote the company's employer brand and reputation as a great place to work in the IT community.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Required skills & Experiences:
- Must have 2-5 years' experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role within the technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
