About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Training Manager to lead and implement our organization's compliance training program.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our employees are well-equipped to uphold the highest ethical and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular assessments to identify the specific compliance training needs of different employee groups.

- Analyze regulatory changes and industry trends to determine training requirements.

- Design and develop a comprehensive Compliance Academy program that covers a wide range of compliance topics.

- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules.

- Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and instructor coordination.

- Curate and develop high-quality compliance training content that is relevant, informative, and engaging.

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure training materials are current.

- Manage external training providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of training programs.

- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.

- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as completion rates, knowledge retention, and behavioral change.

- Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

- Develop and implement mass awareness campaigns to promote compliance culture and raise awareness of key compliance issues.

- Utilize a variety of communication channels, including email, intranet, and social media.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Professional qualifications in Business Management or Human Resources (desirable).

- 8-10 years of experience in training management, with a focus on compliance training.

- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to think critically and solve problems.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in learning management systems and training tools
