Job Title: Compliance Testing Manager

Location : Mumbai

Exp: 2-12 Years

Job Overview: The primary responsibility is to ensure compliance of RBI directions/Circulars on compliance by testing processes, monitoring compliance and getting functions to report compliance to processes.

1. Understand RBI circulars/directions and enumerate impact/changes in business processes

2. Work with product teams/functions to have the compliance parameters implemented

3. Monitor compliance across functions/business and maintain evidence of monitoring - Identify, with CCO and Functional heads, the SPOCs in functions/businesses who will be responsible for compliance of each process - track and get certification, every quarter, from SPOCs about implementation of RBI directions

4. Self-test on sample basis, the compliance parameters in the processes whether existing, how consistent are the controls and results, weaknesses in process & scope for automation

5. Work with Internal Audit team to define scope for compliance testing

6. Represent compliance function and explain the compliance adherent to statutory auditors and regulators
