Compliance Role - CS/CA

Role Description:

- The role involves being updated on all compliance related requirements. The role is responsible for SEBI Compliance and any other Compliance including IT/Cyber Security

Core Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include:

- Ensure that all compliance requirements / circulars are regularly tracked

- Seek empanelled third party opinion and translate to a policy / working document as per organization needs

- Implement the required processes, either directly or working collaboratively through other teams

- Ongoing monitoring of compliance, highlight deviations and ensure timely corrective measures are taken by concerned Managers

- Handle audit observations and will be supported by empanelled third party experts

- Timely reporting to Board

Qualification/Experience:

- CS (preferable) in addition to CA

- Preferably about 1-5 years of Compliance experience in BFSI domain.

- Exposure to PMS, AIF will be added advantage

- Has worked in producing quantifiable results in a fast growing, performance oriented, team environment
