Compliance Risk Based Supervision Role - Bank

Designation: Compliance - Risk Based Supervision.

Experience: 10-15 years

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- Team management and leadership for a professional team of a moderate size.

- Effective information indentation management, utilizing a thorough grasp of the rules and the Bank's organizational structures, policy framework, and information systems, to enable timely and accurate submissions.

- Overseeing the distribution of the draft and final reports, interacting with stakeholders in an efficient manner to ensure prompt answers, and checking the responses' quality.

- Prompt follow-up, escalations, reviews, and collaboration with the Action Owners to develop an action plan aimed at mitigating the risks identified by regulatory reviews, such as RAR, RMP, and MAONC, and enabling issue resolution.

- Assist compliance leadership in enhancing the systems, procedures, and policies related to compliance.

- Drafting the notes for governance forums, such as the Audit Committee, on any RBS issues.

- Making efficient use of data and technological platforms to manage many facets of risk-based monitoring.
