Position: Compliance Officer

Location: Andheri Seepz

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program

- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them

- Draft and revise company policies

- Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk

- Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.

- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.

- Comply with variance legal requirement with regards to banks, Payment gateway, CA (UK), FEMA, DGFT, RBI, company law, Custom, SEZ

Requirement

- Knowledge FEMA, DGFT, RBI, company law, Custom, SEZ is preferred

- Good communication skills
