Compliance Officer - FinTech

Compliance Officer - Leading FinTech Organisation

The Role would be responsible for :

- Ensuring that our operations and business transactions follow all relevant rules & regulations - internal as well as regulatory

- Tracking SEBI & IRDAI guidelines & implementing in day to day processes

- Assist in liaising with the regulators for follow ups, approvals

- Perform due diligence, analyze and filing of suspicious transaction

- Submit of quarterly returns to IRDAI & SEBI

- Respond to issues/queries raised by regulators

- Dissemination of Act, Regulations, Circulars to the concerned stakeholders

- Preparation of process note; Presentation to the stakeholders

- Participate in the initial discussion on Product concept, product approval process- meetings, discussions

The Successful Candidate Should :

- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer & 7-8 years experience overall in BFSI

- Active working experience with RBI, SEBI, AMFI & IRDAI - Compliance & Reporting

- Experience in Risk Management, AML, CDD etc

- Excellent communication skills

- BSc/BA/PG in law, finance, business administration or a related field

- Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus
