About the Company :

The Company is looking to hire a Compliance Officer who will be part of the Family Office. This is an all-encompassing role where you will be working closely to support (senior) management and promoters in all aspects related to private funds and investments.

Operating at family office level, the candidate will be a trusted business partner for (senior) management. Will be managing compliance of investment products and private wealth management services and review new product initiatives and compliance for the family office in general. The candidate will participate in the risk and compliance committee, provide advice on day-to-day compliance matters and on general improvement of compliance, including controls and policies. The candidate may conduct and support compliance self-assessments and provide training to increase compliance maturity. In addition, liaise with colleagues in foreign offices, regulatory authorities and handle regulatory filings.

Requirements :

We are looking for professionals who are:

- C.S & C.A or C.S & LLB with around 15-20 years of work experience as a compliance professional.

- Preferably be from domains that have transferable skills useful to the analyst role, for example Family Offices or PSU banks.

- Able to voice independent views based on their own research and experience.

- Expected to quickly develop a sound understanding of the Global and India regulatory framework including FEMA, LRS, ODI and RBI circulars.

- Have sound communication and presentation skills, will be expected to liaise with financial institutions for updates, discussions, opinions, statements, and the like, from time to time.

- Have the ability to succeed in an individually driven non-hierarchical work environment and learn quickly with limited supervision

- Able to monitor complex information and present it to management with utmost accuracy

- Able to ingest a large amount of unstructured, conflicting, incomplete quantitative and qualitative information and give a structured succinct summary or analysis
