Compliance Officer

Location : Gift City, Gujarat

Job Objective : The primary responsibilities will be towards managing the compliance for fund management entity.

Responsibilities :

- Handling all applicable compliances of AIFs launched in GIFT City by the Company.

- Preparation and reporting regulatory filings (including quarterly filings, form filings etc.,) as required under IFSCA and responding to queries/ observations from various regulatory authorities in GIFT City.

- Preparation/drafting of applications/letters/communications with IFSCA for AIFs

- Ability to assess, review and develop framework, processes and policies.

- Maintenance of statutory records for AIFs launched in GIFT City;

- Keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/ requirements in GIFT City / under IFSCA and implementation of such requirements.

Must Have :

- C.S. / C.W.A / CMA / C.A./ L.LB/ MBA or similar qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience

- Possess relevant IFSCA compliance experience preferably in securities market or financial products including in a portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management or AIF sector.

- Good oral and written communication skills.
