Compliance Officer - AIF

1. Compliance of all regulation of SEBI in relation to Quarterly / time to time reporting & keep the record for audit investment and reporting from time to time to SEBI.

2. documentation and Compliances of Investee Companies/Record keeping and timely reporting investor's and keeping the record and compliance with investor and investee agreement of AIF

3. Maintenance of KYC of investors and time to time reporting, Record keeping about fund progress.

4. Accounting, Taxation, and related compliances Audit reports

5. Review of investment in periodic interval and risk analysis. Reporting

6. Distribution of income into various stakeholders. Reporting experience with sound knowledge of SEBI and Companies Act with exposure to AIF operations, FDI regulations / FEMA regulations to handle investments from overseas.

6. Manage compliances for all the AIFs estimated as total fund size of 650 Cr

7. This role reports to GM and he must possess independent / self-initiative contemplating possible issues and taking care of them and timely reporting to SEBI & other agencies. He also possess knowledge about FDI and FEMA regulations
