Preparation of Agenda Papers & Minutes:


- You'll be responsible for assisting in the preparation of agenda papers for board meetings and committee meetings, as well as drafting and maintaining accurate minutes of these meetings.

- This involves organizing and synthesizing information relevant to the agenda items and documenting discussions, decisions, and action points.

Attendance at Meetings:


- You'll be required to attend board meetings and committee meetings to assist in facilitating the smooth conduct of proceedings.

- This might involve taking notes, providing clarifications, and ensuring that all relevant information is available to the board members.

Regulatory Updates:


- You'll need to stay updated on relevant regulatory developments in the financial services industry and assess their potential impact on the company.

- Keeping the BoD informed about these developments is crucial for strategic decision-making and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Coordination between Management and BoD:


- You'll serve as a liaison between the management team of the AMC and the BoD, facilitating communication and collaboration between the two.

- This may involve relaying important information, coordinating meetings or presentations, and addressing any concerns or requests from either party.

Other Duties as Assigned by BoD:


- Beyond the specified responsibilities, you may be tasked with additional duties as requested by the Board of Directors.

- This could include special projects, research assignments, or any other tasks deemed necessary for the effective functioning of the board and the company.

Risk Management Support:


- Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks relevant to the company's operations and governance structure.

- This may involve working closely with the risk management team to ensure that the board is informed about potential risks and that appropriate measures are taken to address them.

Corporate Governance Compliance:


- Ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices and regulatory requirements.

- This includes maintaining accurate records, facilitating board evaluations, and supporting the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures to enhance transparency, accountability, and integrity within the organization.
