Compliance Mgr - SOX/Audit/Internal Control

We have very urgent requirement for Compliance Manager at Sr Con/ AM/Manager level.

Job location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon

Qualification: CA or ICWA

Required skill:2-8 yrs experience in reputed Audit firm with exposure to audits, SOX and internal control testing .

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description

- Responsible for adherence to internal control framework.

- Responsible for conducting SOX testing of internal controls .

- Identify the gap, work with operation team for fix and ensure remediation is complete.

- Provide training and guidance to operation team on controls, SOX etc

- Conducting Periodic review ( Level 2 monitoring ) on CPI, Reconciliations, and policy adherence etc

- Producing Compliance Dashboard for different markets by Finance Directors.

- Addressing queries received from various teams on compliance issues.

- Co-ordinate with Internal and External Auditors.

- Drive controllership and communication cells with customer
