Location : Mumbai

Principal responsibilities :

- Working closely with Head Compliance Treasury for setting up the Treasury business of the bank.

- Ability to understand and interpret RBI Rules and Regulations relating to Treasury Business

- Providing inputs to the Treasury Management for creating various policies like Risk Management Policy, Assets Liability Management Policy, Investment policies and product notes for various Treasury Products etc.

- Creating & driving compliance culture in the Treasury Department (Front Office, Mid Office and Back Office)

- Managing and coordinating annual RBI inspection and ad-hoc queries relating to Treasury Business.

- Provide compliance advice to business on an ongoing basis.

- Evaluating existing controls and procedures for compliance with applicable rules, regulations and contractual obligations

- Enhancing existing controls and procedures as appropriate.

- Monitoring regulatory developments in the industry relating to Treasury business and products, and developing and implementing compliance controls in response to anticipated regulatory changes. Implementing RBI Circulars /Notifications aptly in the Business/functions

Requirement :

- Upto 2 years of work experience supporting Treasury Compliance

- Understanding of financial markets /different lines of Treasury business in the bank

- MBA from a premier business school or Chartered Accountant by qualification.

- Strong inter personal skills.

CA fresher with internship experience in Bank audit can also apply.
