About our Client - Our client is a leading US Based Multinational with operations across 120 locations across the globe. With trading operations in India and a very diversified product line - our client has been growing an exponential rate. Given the expansion in the India and the drive for Anti Bribery Compliance globally - the business is looking to hire a Compliance Manager to lead the FCPA piece for them.

Job Description - Reporting into the Legal Counsel, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for Conduct trainings

- Risk Assessment

- Audit and Monitoring

- Policy formulation

- This of course, would be supplemented with Forensic Projects from time to time which will require interaction with employees ranging from ground level sales force upto members of the Leadership team. This role is an individual contributor role and will interact with compliance officers from different countries.

The Successful Candidate - You are coming in from Finance/Legal/Forensic Background with 5-7 years relevant experience in Compliance

- Experience in a US MNC is critical. Alternately, Healthcare industry experience will do if not from US MNC.

- Open to Consulting as well

- Exposure in FCPA
