Job Description: Compliance Manager.
Preferred Industry: Bank Only
Work Experience: 5-8 years.
CTC: 25 LPA
Job Role:
1. Managing and maintaining the list of Regulatory returns to ensure the timely and accurate submission of returns as per their periodicity.
2. Preparing compliance reports for the branch for reporting to HO and RBI
3. Following up on compliance issues with departments, assisting for resolution and advising wherever required.
4. Report promptly to the Chief Compliance Officer, any major change/observation relating to the compliance risk, AML/KYC violations, regulatory issues, new circular / guidelines etc.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to monitor regulations impacting the business
6. To report non-compliance instances of the branch with various committees e.g. Management Committee, ALCO, Risk Management Committee etc. for on time identification and mitigation
7. To provide guideline / draft framework / create matrix etc. on various regulatory prescriptions
8. Support CCO to manage the Compliance Department and role of Compliance in the Bank
9. Provide efficient and upto date compliance advisories to the departments, Management etc.
10. Undertake daily/monthly/Annual Compliance monitoring and preparation of report
11. Manage RBI audit, RBS data flow and other RBI requirements from time to time.
Desired Skills:
1. 5-8 years of work experience (in banking)
2. Should have good understanding of Banking industry and Compliance framework, knowledge of regulations, legal framework etc.
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
4. Should be a problem solver and result oriented
5. Ability to prioritize, quick TAT and time management
6. Analytical skills
7. Education background - Graduation (min)
Preferred - Post Graduation & recognized Banking certifications
