Accountability

Obtaining of License:

- Obtaining license for stores and DCs under PFA. Weights & measures, legal metro-logy and all other statutes as applicable from time to time

Renewal of license

- Renewal of license in time

Handling inspections

- All inspections, notices received at stores/DC to be brought to the notice of Finance head and coordinate and ensure that proper action is taken on it

Monthly Reports

- Monthly reporting of license status and preparation and circulation of monthly tracker of all legal cases and notices

Agreements - Ensure that all commercial agreements are cleared by legal team
