Compliance Manager
Should be from Facility Management Industry. Through knowledge of industry is preferred. KNOWLEDGE & IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL LAWS ESSENTIAL.
- Handle Day to day HR work.
- Knowledge of Process Payroll.
- Processing Full & Final Settlement (including Notice pay recovery & reimbursement) of resigned employees.
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports.
- Coordinating with statutory consultants for the submission of various statutory/compliance documents as required before the due date.
- Visiting various Clients locations in case of statutory requirements audits.
- Handling Monthly Statutory Audit and ensuring Non-Compliances gets closed within stipulated time.
- Appearing before the statutory authorities for Notices and Assessments
