Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Replies to the Legal Notices/ Reply of Labour Notices - Filing of Annual Returns.
- Respond to labour notices before expiry of deadline
- Follow up with business/ admin to ensure closure of bank's response to labour notices
- Notices issued/ closure status of labour notices
- Co-ordination for submissions of replies with the help of Branch Managers
- Handling of Conciliation case before the respective authorities. (Dy. CLC, RLC, ALC)
- Wiling to travel as per requirement.
- Handling of litigation portfolio
- Follow up with the advocates
- Data Entry - Accurate Record keeping of documents.
- Mail Communication and handling queries pertaining to HR
- Assist in preparation of regular scheduled reports.
- Assist in coordinating and arranging training programs
- Carry out administrative duties such as typing, scanning, filing, etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handling of Salary attachment cases.
