Compliance Lead - Pharma

This Opportunity is with one of the leading global Consulting firm based out of Banglore.

Purpose of Job:

This person will work with Pharma Compliance Lead for coordinating the below activities:

1. Maintenance of the Pharma Compliance Framework for the deal

2. Coordinating contract compliance completion for the assigned deal / project by conducting contract compliance internal reviews

3. Verifying Data security / privacy measures implementation in the projects

4. Verifying the adherence to training processes and records management by training team to ensure that the training are conducted as per the curriculum and records maintained.

5. Coordinate internal / external audits by working closely with Pharma Compliance team

6. Follow up on closure of CAPA

7. Verify the existence of proper documentation storage and archival of the relevant records

8. Conduct awareness initiatives with respect to compliance within the deal with support from Pharma Compliance teasm

9. Supporting any inspections by the regulatory authorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

a) If the deal is in transition, this person will work with Pharma Compliance team and the Pharma Transition teams and several internal functions.

b) As compliance representative for existing deals support SDL and the deal team in relation to continuously monitoring compliance related activities.

c) Coordinate with Internal/External Audit.

d) Support teams in external audit preparations

e) Verify that work team leads have a process in place to measure / evaluate the process compliance (adherence to SOPs)

f) Support in training.

g) Support SDLs in compliance status reporting of the deals – Pharma Compliance, Critical Security Metrics and any other compliance metrics.

Candidates who is delicately working on Compliance piece for Pharma/Life Science/Health care domain in BPO Industry will be preferred.
