Compliance Head - Legal - IT

Looking for Compliance Head (Legal) for a large IT product organization

Experience: 15 - 20 yrs

Location: Gurgoan

Grad / PG in Law from good institute.

Requirement:

- Strong in managing Compliance related issues (Tax / SEZ / STPI / HR etc). Manage Law matters and Statutory Compliances under major applicable laws / regulations in India; Good understanding of US Law is mandatory.

- The candidate should be willing /open to do an Individual Contributor role.

Role:

- Provide and coordinate legal support for the senior leadership team in India & US on various matters.

- Review and monitor compliance with various information and data security requirements;
