They are looking for a hiring leaders into the business to maintain their market leading position and also drive excellence in the business.

Job Description - Reporting to the Delivery director and handling a team of qualified professionals your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring compliance and governance for all the operational processes in the centre.

- Developing effective working relationships with Management of business units for which incumbent has been assigned risk assessment responsibility.

- Implementing the strategic audit plan by leading, performing or supporting, as appropriate, the planning, fieldwork, and reporting of internal audit engagements to deliver agreed assurance objectives to established standards and time-lines.

- Tracking of Audit issues to resolution Assisting in the development and maintenance of Audit test programs that reflects current business organization and operating environment.

The Successful Candidate -

- The successful candidate will be a qualified CA with 10+ years of post qualification experience and strong exposure in internal audit, risk management.

- You would be a subject matter expert in shared services/BPO industry processes.

- Highly credible with senior counterparts across different finance functions , you would form a critical part of the Organization.

- Willingness to work in shift timings.
