Job Overview:

The Compliance and Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements while managing financial operations. This role involves developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting audits, managing financial records, and providing financial analysis to support the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Duties:

- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.

- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance issues.

- Investigate and resolve compliance problems, issues, and inquiries.

- Train employees on compliance-related matters and updates.

- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies.

2. Financial Management:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
