- Handling, assisting in scheduling and conducting of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Shareholders Meetings (In-person and through Video-Conferencing); Ascertainment of related party transaction, preparation and approval of omnibus framework and standalone transactions;

- Drafted SCN for ombudsman hearing, legal documents viz. POA Affidavits, Indemnity letters, Letter of Authority, Renewal & Termination Letters.
- Handled overall compliances of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Laws for SME & main board equity listed entities and RBI compliances of NBFC group listed entity;
- Independently handled and assisted in conducting board meetings, committee meetings, shareholders meetings;
- Prepared various Memorandum of Understanding as per business requirements;
