Job Designation: Compliance/Corporate Planning Manager

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: CA

Experience: 4-8 years

Job Responsibility:

- Overall responsible for Accounts / Finance / Budgeting /MIS functions.

- Improve process and internal controls and checks.

- Preparation of Financials statement and Notes to Accounts as per Indian GAAP.

- Responsible for month-end book closure activities.

- Reporting Monthly MIS financial and operational, dash board, other daily and weekly reports.

- Formulating budgets & conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results & implementing corrective actions.

- Cash flow Planning & Management. Strong controls to be built in the process.

- Compliance with all statutory requirement, submission of all statutory returns with governing body as per due dates. Compliance with contractual obligations.

- Coordinate with the Tax Authority for Scrutiny cases (Income Tax /Service Tax/Professional Tax)

- Candidate must be CA.

- Candidate must have experience in IGAAP.
