- Verify that all policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
- Develop systematic feedback mechanism for evaluating policy impact and effectiveness and mechanism for respective policy updates and changes, taking into account evolving organization goals and needs.
- Create and execute an internal HR audit calendar with an objective of ensuring HR practices are aligned to stated policies.
- Responsible for Contract Labour Management, third party workforce management, compliance programs such as POSH, labour laws and run compliance specific training for HR functions.
- Oversee hiring, deployment, and compliance of contract Workers. Ensure adherence to labour laws & regulations concerning contract employment.
- Statutory Audit of FCs, PUPs, Other formats: Conduct monthly audit to ensure all statutory related registers & records are maintenance, display of abstract and notices are at place.
- Obtaining & Renewal of License: Co-ordinate with respective stakeholder and obtain license for new stores and renewal the licenses within the stipulated time under Shop Act, Contract Labour etc.
- File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
- Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
- Direct the development or implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures throughout an organization.
- Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
- Statutory Inspection and report: Visit & co-ordinate with region HR during inspection by authority and send report of the same to RHRM/Corp HR.
- Periodic reporting and reviews with business on manpower metrics/ HR audit score.
- Own and lead the Compliance team in coordination with City HR and HR officers.
Education & Experience :
- MBA/Diploma - HR /Masters - Labour Management / LLB with 10+ years of experience
- Compliance knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Candidate with experience of managing multi-unit compliance is preferred.
